About Greg
As a man in his fifties, I like to think my physical embodiment reflects my life committed to health and fitness, a complete wellbeing. Navigating what to do and what not to do with health and fitness these days is very overwhelming. Information overload. There is a lot of noise and garbage out there, and it is difficult to find a clear trusted voice and narrative. I have spent tens of thousands of hours; painstakingly researching, learning, self-experimenting, and walking my talk on everything health & fitness, life experiences, and then some.
With the spirit of God, I have pursued a life of many challenges, whether traveling within my own mind and skin, or physical adventures around the world. Whether it was navigating one of the world’s largest rivers, climbing one of the world’s largest mountains, traversing the world’s largest oceans, exploring the Amazon rainforests, experiencing plant medicines amongst great Shamans, or spending time embedded on Amish farms, it is now time to share my experiences and knowledge with those who wish to benefit from. I will guide you to the greatness of health and fitness which you desire, everything else will follow. Make the journey begin today, it’s up to you now, act as if your life depends on it.
